Our disposal service has a $50 flat fee plus a size-based fee for each item. All items are $3.50/cubic foot, with the following minimum amounts for specific items that require special handling.

Prohibited Items
Clutter cannot dispose of the following items to ensure the safety of our team:
- 🥛 Liquids of any kind (including alcohol, cleaning products, cosmetics/toiletries etc.)
- 👃 Items that emit smells or fumes
- 💊 Illegal or controlled substances
- 🐠 Live animals or taxidermy
- 🎯 Firearms, guns, or ammunition
- 🔥 Flammable or combustible materials (no gases, explosives, or asbestos)
- ☢ Hazardous materials (radioactive, chemical, or biological wastes)
- 🚙 Vehicles (boats, cars, riding lawn mowers, or anything with an engine)
- 🎱 Pool tables
- ☠️ Human remains
- 🎹 Grand or baby grand pianos (or upright pianos if stairs are present)
- 🕰 Grandfather clocks
- 🛏Mechanical furniture that has not been professionally disassembled, including Sleep Number beds
- 🐜Items that show signs of infestation, or are at a location with signs of infestation (insects, rodents, mold)
- 🏋️♀️Items our team cannot safely transport (unusually heavy or bulky items)

From setting up the account, Pick-up through to Drop Off & in between, There is simply Nothing to fault about such an Awesome company as Super Easy Storage. I had my furniture stored with Super Easy Storage at Rydalmere for 2 years 4 months. My furniture, picture frames and boxes were handled very carefully and wrapped so that they are not damaged. I got my furniture back and 2 young men carried everything to where I wanted it to be, again carefully with no damages. Furniture got assembled, was very happy with the service and I highly commend Mario & Julian on their professionalism and courtesy to their customers.

Daniel was absolutely great to work with on our move from Moorooka on the TUE 28th April 2020 . On our 1st meeting he understood the amount of gear in my shed. He was aware of the tools and equipment and understood their weights, and completed an awesome job. Smart Moving FAQ
Can I visit a Smart Storage facility to pickup my items?
Clutter’s Smart Storage facilities are closed to the public. This ensures that your items are stored safely and only handled by trusted professionals.
You can use our app to order any item back from storage when you need it. Items don’t have to be delivered to the same location they were picked up from.
We can even have items shipped to anywhere in the U.S. via FedEx and UPS.
How much does it cost to have items returned?
Your final delivery is based on how much you store - select a plan above to see the amount. This helps cover the cost of the truck, labor, and transport of the items.
Deliveries of just some of your items are charged per hour. On select eligible items, you can also have FedEx ship your items in storage anywhere nationwide for a flat rate fee.
Does the pickup have an hourly minimum?
Yes. The initial Smart Storage pickup comes with a one hour minimum.
Can I have a different moving company pick up my items from your Smart Storage facility?
Clutter can deliver your items to any location within your service area.
If you need items delivered somewhere outside of that service area, we will arrange to have those items shipped or work with a moving company of your choice to arrange for a pickup of the items you have in storage. Because Clutter’s service area is so broad, customers almost always pick Clutter’s return services.
What storage size do I need?
Since we will automatically downgrade your storage size if you end up needing less space, we recommend that you overestimate the storage space that you reserve.

Can I tell you what I need picked up before my appointment?
Once you make your storage reservation, you gain access to your own online account portal. From there, you can manage your appointments and add or update the inventory we are picking up any time before we arrive.
How many Move & Pack Specialists will you send?
Our system uses your appointment details including the inventory you entered to determine the right number of Move & Pack Specialists to send so we can quickly and safely move your items.

Unlike local storage units that sit empty and unmonitored, we maintain safe and healthy environments for our employees and your items.
Our Smart Storage facilities are closed to the public and we only allow trained Clutter professionals access to any items in storage. Our policies ensure that all items are treated with care and are monitored 24/7. All facilities feature 24/7 CCTV security in addition to staff presence. Our facilities get regular cleaning and preventative pest control, which means your items will be free of dust, dirt, and pests.
