    Michelle's service over the phone was incredible from the get go. She also assigned us an "all star" Brazilian team that was positive, strong and efficient. Moving is stressful and not cheap but they helped us relax and considering their service, I thought the price was very reasonable.

What services do you offer?

Super Easy Storage services same-day moves in almost every metropolitan area of Australia. We also offer long-distance moves across state or across the country. Wherever you need to move, Super Easy Storage can move you there. We also offer mobile storage solutions that eliminate double handling and greatly reduce the time and costs needed to move into storage.

What are your service areas?

Super Easy Storage can either move you or arrange a move with a trusted partner anywhere in Australia. We have movers and storage locations in all major cities.

Can your team help me pack?

Yes, we can do as little or as much packing as you need. We always protect large and fragile items with moving blankets and edge protectors. You can also add packing supplies to your move such as boxes, tape, packing paper, and bubble wrap or choose to provide your own.

What does Super Easy Storage do to guarantee the best moving experience?

After you get a quote, your confirmation email will have a link to upload photos for a digital walkthrough. These photos help us prepare to deliver a high quality moving experience, at the lowest quote possible.

How many movers and trucks do you send?

During the process of calculating your quote, we’ll ask some questions about the size of your move to help us determine the amount of movers and trucks you’ll need. After entering your details, your quote will display the recommended options, including the number of movers and trucks we’ll send on the day of your move. If for any reason, you feel the number of quoted movers is too high or too low, make a booking and call us to revise your quote.

Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes, we have a 1 hour minimum charge for all moves. After the first hour, charges are by the minute so you only ever pay for what you actually use.

When should I book my move?

We can schedule moves with as little as one day’s notice, subject to availability. Availability books up fast, so we recommend booking as early as possible to lock in your date - especially if you are looking at interstate or international relocation.

Is there self storage near me?

Yes! Super Easy Storage is a mobile storage solution - it doesn't get any 'closer' than storage that comes to your door! We bring a storage unit to you, load it up, (or you can) and take it back to one of our local facilities for safe and secure storage. If you need access to your items, you can be sure there is a facility close by or we can bring them back to you for a small fee.
